When you send your device in, you get the best treatment your phone can get without visiting the Apple Store.
Our standard procedure is:


1. Take your old damaged screen off
2. Transfer any vital parts over from the old screen.
3. Give the phone a good clean with ESD brushes and Alcohol.
4. Program the new screen in.
5. Replace the water-resistant seal.
6. Put it all back together
